c++ is a programming language like java or pascal (Google it) not a programming script like HTML (which you can write the posts in) or php (Google it). it is based on c programming (Google it) but is object oriented (Google it). c++ uses DOS (Google it) to display informatoin, take input from the user and interact with the user. that is why people like to write games with it.
